- Blagden Alley Residences-Altus Realty is planning an 87 unit condominium building split between two buildings in Blagden Alley at the 917 M St NW-corner of 9th and M Street. Delivery date is ecpected to be 2014.
- P Street Residences at P & 7th St NW Washington DC 20001-Valor Development will develop a four story condominium building with partially raised garage. The 65-70 unit building is expected to have units ranging from 510 to about 850 sq.ft. Delivery of these Shaw DC Condos have yet to be determined.
- The Centre at 435 R Street NW Washington DC 20001.-This one is going to be a 10 unit condo project of one and two bedroom units in Shaw. Delivery date is yet to be determined.
