Yeah! Finally I have a new picture.

Now I am going to use this picture for now. I might end up taking another picture and put it in my profile. My last picture it didn't show me smiling. And I am a happy and fun-loving guy. But from my last picture,you couldn't tell. This picture is not great. But I think it is better than the last one I had here on Active Rain. But any advice on what kind of picture I should take on my profile? Me holding a baby? Me kissing a baby? Me holding a puppy? Me kissing a puppy? Me kissing Sanaa Lathan/Eve Mendes/Alicia Keys and/or Beyonce? Talk about having a fivesome. Is that even possible? ( Sorry readers. Please don't get the wrong idea. )

Or should I include a picture of my family? I am trying to do anything to help drive traffic to my blogs. So if you have any advice on what kind of picture I should put on here,I would really appreciate it.

Point2Agent has been a website that I have been using for over a year now. Unlike many real estate agents who have using the Point2Agent website and have found success while using it,I don't get leads on this site. So I decided to change the domain name to free list of homes for sale hoping that this will improve my search engine ranking on Google,Yahoo etc. So far I haven't gotten any leads yet. But this website is still a work in progress.

I still plan on adding some things to it such as Audio/Music,IDX,Blogs,Open house announcements and more things to my website to improve my search engine ranking and attract more home buyers and sellers who need information on the home buying and selling process.

So if you have any suggestions,comments or ideas,please let me know. I am hoping the domain name free list of homes for sale will attract buyers to my website. My website is www.freelistofhomesforsale.com. I am thinking of using this domain name as my new outside blog.

Before I say anything,I want to say to all the great fathers out there -Happy Father's Day.

Now the main reason why I am writing this blog. I once wrote on here that on sundays that no one should work/blog. Sundays should be the day that everyone should relax and start planning for the busy week ahead. But today I broke the rule. I feel bad too -SERIOUSLY. I said that people should not work and/or blog today but here I am blogging away. But I have been helping my young brother move into his new house ( Blog coming soon ) and I have been busying doing other Real Estate related stuff ( what's new )these past two days so I haven't had much time to blog. So I am blogging today to try and make up for the past two days. I am not going to blog next week sunday -HOPEFULLY.

I hope God is not too mad at me. I am not perfect. But I do try my best to be obedient. At least I try.

1. Who is your favorite musical artist? I don't have one anymore. I use to be a big Boyz II Men fan - I still like them. But I listen to more gospel music now.

2. Who is your favorite artist? I don't have one. Heck honestly speaking I don't know much about painting. We are talking about that kind of artist right?

4. If you could meet anyone ( alive or dead ),who would it be and what is the most interesting thing about them? The late great Rev.Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. And the most interesting thing about him is the"I have a dream" speech.

5. What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a Doctor. But something bad happened and I changed my mind. ( Long story ).

6. What is the most interesting piece of trivia that you know? None. Zilch. Nada. But I will challenge that Ken Jennings guy to a game of jeopardy anyday for the right price. ( I may end up losing but I want to get something out of the deal ).

7. If you could live in any point in history,what would it be and why? Good question but tough one to answer. I don't know. Maybe 1960's I guess. Visualizing something and actually knowing something are two different things. I can only imagine what my ancestors went through but what I have seen but I don't really know because I wasn't there.

8. What is the most interesting job you have ever held? Interesting? In my book,I am going to say Suck. So here it goes. I held a job for one day. ( New Guiness World Record ). I was supposed to sell like 50 cents and dollar toys to people. So here I am in the hot sun trying to sell toys to people who probably don't need them. Hey! I just wanted to make some money. You probably would've done the same thing too.

April pending home sales rose as prices tumble. According to a real estate trade group,home sales in April rose to its highest level in six months as foreclosures properties flooded the market and drove prices sharply lower. This is much needed good news in the real estate industry.

Christopher Low,chief economist at FTN Financial in New York said the pickup in pending home sales could be a sign that housing market could soon be stabilizing. He also said that there is still inventory overhang that will take 18 months to work through. But he feels that the end game of the housing burst is near.

This good news should hopefully bring out more home buyers who have been hesitant to make that decision of buying a house.  While there are a lot of inventories to choose from and interest rates still near historic lows,this is still a great time for home buyers to buy a house now.

Prince George's County has a newspaper called "Women's Journal". While reading the newspaper,something caught my eye.

It said that Women account for over 85% of all consumer purchases

• 94% of Home Furnishings.
• 93% OTC Pharmaceuticals.
• 93% Food.
• 92% Vacations.
• 91% of New Homes ( I am not surprised at all )
• 89% Bank Accounts
• 81% Auto Purchases
• 81% Riding Lawn Mowers.
• 80% Healthcare.
• 66% PCs.

Women carry 76 million credit cards, 8 million more than men.

In 2001,US women's purchasing power constituted the number 3 market in the world;the collective buying power exceeded the entire economy of Japan ( That's interesting ).

By 2010,women are expected to control $1 trillion,or 60% of the country's wealth,according to research conducted by Business Week and Gallup.

Exit Realty Founder and C.E.O Steve Morris once said that "Real Estate is a women's business. Men just happen to be in it"-Isn't that the truth. And I just discovered a new niche to target my advertising: Women. These are good reasons why we need target women more when we advertise.
