Five non-featured Active Rain blogs that you probably missed -March 14th-20th. Spring is here! Yeah! Are you excited as I am? You better be. After all that snow we got,I thought that we will never see Spring. (Just joking of course). But I do want to apologize to my daily subscribers. I am sorry that "The Real Estate Farmer" for Exit Premier Realty hasn't written any of these blogs lately.

What are your daily affirmations? What is a affirmation? Affirmations are short,positive,present tense statements that define a state of being or a desired result. Repetitive exposure to an an affirmation builds belief. This year I am doing it more now.
Throughout history great avatars,leaders and achievers have harmoniously trumpeted one pointed fact of reality concerning human accomplishment that is irrevocable. You are what you think about,you become what you conceive in your mind. If you can believe it,you can achieve it.
Someone told me about Napoleon Hill's book "Think and Grow Rich",( I haven't read the book yet but I plan on doing so soon ). He said that "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe,the mind can achieve". Like they say,"As a man thinketh in his heart so is he."
I always listen to a CD by Steve Morris-Founder and C.E.O of Exit Realty. It has been very helpful for me. But here are some of my daily affirmations:
1. Failure is a way for me to modify my approach that I can achieve success.
2. Nothing is impossible to accomplish if you believe that you can do it.
3. I am a champion.
4. I am a leader.
5. I am a winner because I am winning.
6. I am a multi-billion top producing real estate professional.
7. I will live and not die.
8. I am a overcomer.
9, I am going to live my best life now starting today.
10. If I fail to plan,I plan to fail.
11. Lord I pray that you decrease me so that you can increase me.
This one is more like a question to myself

These are just some of my daily affirmations.
If you don't have one,I advise you to please make one and practice it daily. Once you start doing it daily,it suddenly becomes programmed in your mind. I have failed at many things,I am sure we all have. BUT I WILL NEVER ACCEPT FAILURE. If you have any daily affirmations,please feel free to share it with me.

Homebuying programs for home buyers with disabilities. I need your help-PLEASE. I met a very lovely couple today at my office who wants to buy a PG County house for sale. They are a first time home buyers who are looking to buy hopefully by Summer of this year. It was a referral from my other brother from another mother. (Blog coming soon).
Anyway while I was talking to this very lovely couple,the wife asked me if I know of any programs for first time home buyers with disabilities. I did a search on Google and look what I find a blog- A blog by one of our own Mariana Wagner ~ Colorado Springs REALTOR® Home Buyers with Disabilities: Colorado Now Offers a 3% Fixed Interest Loan (Through CHAFA) . This blog by the way came up first page on Google-YES! Page 1,not page 100 or 1,000,000 -Okay so I am exaggerating a little but you get my point. That is to the nayers who still doubt the Super power of the mighty Active rain. Anywayso I decided to turn my question into a blog.
Active Rain of course is super great in helping out their fellow bloggers. Like I do all of my clients,I want to make sure that they get 100% superior customer service from me-NOTHING LESS. This couple is so nice that they weren't even mad at me when I accidentally got the days mixed up. I was supposed to meet them in the office on tuesday and I thought it was another day.
And I know they are serious home buyers because they came back today. I've had people not show up at all and not even tell me or pick up their phone when I call them back. I don't like that at all. Plus they told me that they don't like paying rent. So if anybody knows any homebuying programs for home buyers with disabilities or have any suggestions,please let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
