Legless photographer Kevin Connolly traveled through 15 countries on a skateboard taking pictures of people staring at him. The 22 year old Montana native was born without legs and gets around on a skateboard,propelling himself with his hands.

Doctors told him its a sporadic birth defect. Connolly says that people just don't know why he was born without legs. In 2007 Connolly traveled all around the world and took 32,728 pictures of people staring at him. Fifteen of his photos are on display in the Kennedy's Hall of States.

Stephaine Moore,the organization's director of visual arts heard about connolly after he was featured on ABC's 20/20 in January. The exhibition debuted last fall in Bozeman.

When I first heard about this story,I couldn't believe it. But this is absolutely true. So I thought I share this story with everyone else here. An 70 year old woman Omkari Panwar in India became the world's oldest mom after giving birth to twins. The frail pensioner has two daughters and five grandchildrens. Her husband Charan Singh Panwar 77 mortgaged his land,sold his buffalos,spent his life savings and took out an loan for this treatment.

But why would a 70 year old woman and a 77 man want another child? The man said that he wanted a son. They prayed to God and God granted them their wish. The man said that he can die a happy man and proud father. The twins were born premature and weighing two pounds each are said to be healthly and expected to survive. Omkari Panwar does not have a birth certificate so he doesn't really know her day of birth. So she uses the India Independence day of 1947 to guess her age. She doesn't care that she is the oldest mother to give birth. All she is concerned about is being able to take care of her kids.

This is an amazing story. Just when you thought you have heard or seen it all.

April pending home sales rose as prices tumble. According to a real estate trade group,home sales in April rose to its highest level in six months as foreclosures properties flooded the market and drove prices sharply lower. This is much needed good news in the real estate industry.

Christopher Low,chief economist at FTN Financial in New York said the pickup in pending home sales could be a sign that housing market could soon be stabilizing. He also said that there is still inventory overhang that will take 18 months to work through. But he feels that the end game of the housing burst is near.

This good news should hopefully bring out more home buyers who have been hesitant to make that decision of buying a house.  While there are a lot of inventories to choose from and interest rates still near historic lows,this is still a great time for home buyers to buy a house now.

Today-April 2,2008 marks the first annual World Autism Awareness Day. I don't know much about Autism or know anyone who is affected by it. So I decided that the least that I can do is educate myself on this topic.

Autism is a complex brain disorder that affects a person's ability to communicate and develop social relationship. It is often accompanied by extreme behavorial challenges. The diagnosis of autism has increased tenfold in the last decade and the centers for Disease Control and Prevention has called autism a national public health crisis whose cause and cure still remains to be unknown.

• Autism affects as many as 1 in 150 children and 1 in 94 boys
• Autism is the fastest-growing serious developmental disability in the world
• More children will be diagnosed with autism this year than with diabetes, cancer, & AIDS combined

• There is no medical detection or cure for autism, but early diagnosis and intervention improve outcomes
• Autism does not discriminate by geography, class, or ethnicity

The first ever World Autism Awareness Day gives opportunity to people in every country of the world to raise awareness about autism and Asperger's Syndrome and raise funds for autism organisations.

Nice weather today. So I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and do some door knocking in my neighborhood. Most of them people were not home so I just left a door hanger along with my business cards attached to it. I met one man who was doing some work in front of his house. When I gave him my business card,first thing he asked me smiling was "How much do you think I get for my house?" I told him I am not sure. ( I didn't want to lie by making up a number ). But I told him I would be more than happy to do a CMA on his house. He said Okay. When he is ready,he will give me a call. Then a minute later,the mail lady putting the letters in the people's mailbox drove by. Before she drove off,I introduced myself to her and told her that if she knows anyone who is interested in buying or selling that they should please give me a call. She said that she is interested in buying herself in the same neighborhood where I was distributing my business cards and doorhangers. So she said that she will definitely give me a call. Then like ten minutes later,I met a man who is interested in buying a fixer upper in Washington,DC for up to $200,000. We had a good talk for almost thirty minutes. He was telling me about himself,his neighborhoods and the neighborhood. He even gave me his card to call him as soon as I have found him some properties.

And when I got home,I got a e-mail from someone saying that she is trying to spend up to $180,000 for a fixer upper in Washington,DC. So it was not a bad day for door knocking. Spring is here meaning more home buyers and sellers are coming who wants to play buy or sell-Yuppie!
