Things to do in Washington DC: District of Columbia: Washington: Cleveland Park

Winter Break is over- Back to school again.

As soon as school was over for Fall 2008,boy was I happy. With no more class assignments and tests to study for,I was able to rest and close my eyes longer (sleep that is) prior to the Fall semester.

But boy does time fly. My four weeks or so went by quicker thanMilli Vanilli's career-And you know that is the truth (They sung "Girl you know it's true). So after feeling like a little boy being dragged to school by his mother because he doesn't want to go,I am back in school again at the University of the District of Columbia for the 2009 Winter Semester. Hopefully this semester will not go longer than my time MIA-Missing in action from school before I finally went back last semester.

I am taking two classes. One is Advanced Remote Television Production and the other one is Advanced Studio Television Production. (I should be done with school by Fall 2009 or Spring 2010. I am majoring in Mass Media-Television. But what I want do is Film. Don't worry I am still going to do Real Estate when I win some Oscars.) Just looking at the syllabus almost made me cry-LOL. Each student has to be perform positions such as a Director,Producer,Editor,Writer and more positions-Thanks Prof. More time for me to party with my already hectic schedule-LOL.

My professor by the way who teaches both classes is a human internet. To me he is very smart. He knows a lot of stuff. (By the way,I am not sucking up just in case my instructor reads this-He is a very good instructor). So with Real Estate,Blogging,School and more things that I am already doing, how can I possibly juggle more multiple duties on top of what I already have? I definitely need mothers to make comments on this blog.

Since being a mother is like two full time jobs-(I think it is more like four full time jobs),I want to know how you mothers are both successful as a real estate professional and a mother every single day? Maybe my very good Exit Peeps Exit Realty's Denver,CO Real Estate Agents Amanda Hendershot and Tatyana Sturm can give me some advice.
