Anyway Unison Health Plan of the Capital Area by United Health Care presents Two-Day Back to School Connected Care Family Health Festival that will include an 18 wheel United Healthcare Connected Care Mobile Health Clinic that will showcase Telehealth Technology.

First day events include Immunizations,Back to school supplies and healthy cooking demonstrations and giveaways.

Second day events include March of Dimes "Mama & Baby Bus" with HIV Testing and Pregnancy Counseling,Diabetes risk assessments,BMI Screenings along with some Back to school supplies.

On August 18,the March of Dimes "Mama & Baby Bus" will be at the D.C Department of Parks and Recreation to administer blood pressure and dental screenings,HIV testing and pregnancy counseling.

Both events will be from 8:00am-5:00pm at the United Medical Center on Tuesday and at 1310 Southern Avenue SE Washington DC 20032 and at D.C Department of Parks and Recreation 3149 16th Street NW Washington DC 20010 on Wednesday.
