     Dying at the Dentist? My trip to the Dentist today at Fort Washington MD wasn't all that bad. You are probably thinking after the day that I had I shouldn't be doing anything-You are absolutely right. I haven't been blogging here that much the past three days. Last thursday,a reunion happened (Blog coming on that very soon on that).

     But today I decided to visit the place that many people fear going to. No!II am not talking about attending church. I love going to church by the way.Okay so I didn't like going to church maybe when I was young and I sometimes wished that we wouldn't go to Church so that I can watch NFL Football-Lord Please forgive me. But honestly speaking church was boring back then when I use to attend church. But the pastor not only couldn't preach but he didn't know that there such a thing called preaching not speaking nonsense. LOVE CHURCH NOW THOUGH-THANK YOU JESUS. But I have a great Pastor/Teacher/Spiritual Father in Dr.Pastor John K.Jenkins Sr.of First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marlboro MD so has been feeding me spritually for the past thirteen years. Thought I put that out there. Now back to my story.

    My brother Olabanji O. Folayan Chairman/C.E.O of Securemedy Incorporated-Charles County Maryland Security Services Company referred me to his Dentist. Referrals as we all know can be flaky or sometimes just suck. So I had my doubts. But when you are in pain,you will do anything to try and get rid of it. So I took his number and I went to this place. Me along with my brothers went to this Dentist-Thank God for great loving and caring brothers. Cut a long story short,my usual painful experience at the Dentist was not that bad. At first I thought I was dying. You would've thought so too if they stuck you with four needles-Ouch Doc. But the Dentist Bhatia Sanjiv had me laughing to whole time. He made me feel very comfortable and made something that was usually very painful very,very less painful-But I still felt pain.

     I wanted to take pictures for this blog. Maybe I forgot because 40% of my mouth was numb. I will thank him later for the great service him and his staff provided.          Charles County MD and PG County MD Home buyers-Do you want a home buyer grant for up to $7500? Many of you probably do. So who is giving out this home buyer grant for up to $7500? Federal Home Loan Bank. Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) provides up to $7,500 in matching funds per eligible household for down payments and closing costs. The bank has set aside approximately $11 million dollars of funds for the 2010. Since 1999,FHLB has funded over $59 million in FHP dollars to help more than 9,700 families purchase their first home.

        Qualifications: The qualification criteria includes being a first time home buyer(if you haven't owned a home in three years,you qualify as a first timer.) Your minimum contribution is $500 and that your annual income is less than 80% of the median home income on household size. If you qualify for the home buyer grant,you are provided the grant at a ratio of 1 to 5. Ex: If a buyer has $500 of their own money,they are eligible for $2500. If a buyer has $1,500 of their own money,they are eligible for $7,500. Besides the loan amount qualifies as a "Forgivable loan after five years of stay.

        If you are sell or refinance your home before five years,you will have to pay back the $7,500 home buyer grant to the Federal Government. If you complete the five years,you don't need to return the money.

        Time is of the essence: The money will run out for the FHLB by September 2010. So if you are looking to buy a home in either Charles County MD,PG County MD,St.Mary's County MD or DC,to qualify for the home buyer grant ACT NOW BEFORE THE MONEY IS GONE.
