Remember that candy bar commercial (I forgot which one candy bar it was) that said sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't. Sometimes I feel like writing DC Real Estate Market Reports and sometimes I don't (how many real estate agents do you know who loves doing Real Estate Market Reports when the Market is not great?). But like I've learned as a Real Estate Professional,we must always report the Real Estate news whether it is good or bad.

DC Congress Heights Real Estate Market Report zip code 20032 is not great but it is not bad either compared to the numbers last year. While home sales are up in DC Congress Heights Real Estate Market i20032 zip code area,it is taking much longer to sell them compared to last year. Average days on the market in DC Congress Heights was 86 days compared to 21 days this same time last April. However home sales were up a whooping 250%-Yeah you are reading it right-250%. But then again that's because only 7 houses in DC Congress Heights last month compared to just 2 houses this same time last year.

Highest priced DC Congress Heights house that was sold was a 3 bedroom house in the $200,000-$249,999 price range. And one thing that I was shocked to find out that out of the seven houses that were sold in DC Congress Heights,4 of them were cash buyers-MONEY!MONEY!MONEY!MONEY! $$$MONEY$$! I could use some cash buyers right now.

The SilverBack African Yard Apes have once again destroyed a community that they have migrated into. History has shown that they always do this to a neighborhood,so what can be doen to these animals, they are animals you see-drinkin- humpin- murderin and drugging. They have to be caged that is the only way. Congress Heights was a wonderful neighborhood till they trashed it -the goddamn low life sub human race
