Want to capture wider shots for your Real Estate Listing Video tours? You might want to try this.

With spring just right around the corner along with the $8000 home buyer tax credit extension  deadline approaching(must have a house under contract by April 30th),more home buyers are looking more at houses to buy while motivated sellers are putting their house on the market hoping that they will find a ready, willing and able home buyer for their house.

According to a NAR Survey,90 percent of first time home buyers used the Internet to start their home buying process. And we all know that in order to attract potential home buyers, you need to take good pictures for your listing. Now notice I said good pictures. But what would be even better than taking good pictures? How about having a good real estate video tour.

Many real estate agents here talk about how much they love using the Flip camera. Well this this video, you are going to learn something you can add to your Flip camera that will allow you to capture wider shots for your Real Estate Video tours so that you can help sell your listings quicker, impress your clients and help you get more real estate listings. I mean don't we all want that? I know I do.

So here is the video that I saw online. I was lucky enough to find it posted on Youtube so that I can copy and paste the embed code here. Have a great weekend. Enjoy.
