Smart home buyers are taking advantage of the market now so they won't feel sorry later like some potential home buyers who are still procrastinating and sitting on the fence while they are waiting for home prices to drop.... 138 houses in P.G County MD houses for sale that were sold was priced $100,000 and under. 111 houses in P.G County Maryland houses that was sold was priced $100,000-$149,999.163 houses in P.G County Maryland houses that was sold was priced $150,000-$199,999.
People know a good thing when they see it. In this case,people know that buying a house is the best reasonable sound investment that you will ever make in your life.
