I like "staging doesn't cost, it pays". Most people focusing on the COST and that's the end of conversation for them. Great that Realtors can educate their clients. In  most cases they are the first ones who sellers will contact to. Everybody will benefit from home staging: sellers, agents, stagers. Let's keep educating our clients!
