Over 300,000 Points Blog! Active Rain when will I finally get my Anniversary Featured Blog? LOL. Well I did -AGAIN. I have reached another milestone here on Active Rain-THE 300,000 POINT CLUB. I am in good company people-Betina Foreman,Susan Blackmon,June Piper-Brandon,William James Walton,Sheldon"THAT BRITISH GUY"Neal and Barbara Todaro just to name a few. I actually reached the 300,000 points three days ago. However I didn't get a chance to celebrate. I am too busy working and blogging I guess. I also have really enjoyed being part of this

When I signed up here on Active Rain in April 2007,I didn't know where this journey will take me. I didn't know what I would get out of this. I've done these Anniversary Blogs before so I am GOING TO TRY AND MAKE IT SHORT.(NOTICE I SAID TRY)
Active Rain has
- Helped put me on Maps-Google Maps that is.
- Connected me with many great real estate professionals all over the country that I probably would've never met. Some I finally got to meet this year at RaincampDC- Raincamp DC-The day I finally got to meet some of the great people who have been living in my computer for many years.
- Helped me gain many Referrals and Leads. Matter of fact,I just got one yesterday. Hopefully some of them will close this year-DARN BANKS!
- Helped me grow into a better Real Estate Professional by the knowledge that I have gained from reading many numerous blogs.
- Challenged me to become a even better Real Estate Professional.
- given me MORE ADDITIONAL GIFTS AND BENEFITS.
So to everyone who helped me accomplish this Milestone-Thank you. Sorry but I am not mentioning names anymore even though it is something that I really love doing. But I sometimes when I mention people's name,I tend to leave somebody's name out. Thank you Active Rain and the staff for all of your hardwork and great service that you provide for us so that we can continue to survive and strive as Real Estate Professionals in this crazy Real Estate Market.

Just keep on rocking, I have noticed that some people get there post featured almost every time they blog whether it's great or not and thats cool... It may have to be about popularit, not sure but I am giving you a suggest.
