Interesting information, thanks for the post. I hope my zip code is not on this list, it costs enough without being one of the most expensive

Good post Lanre, Manhattan is one area where there can be a vast difference in property value depending on your block.  We could buy mansions in Ca. for what is charged for a 1000 sq ft apartment.

Debi- Don't feel bad. Mine didn't make the list either.

Leo -Anytime. It must be pretty expensive where you stay at.

Sharon -I can't believe 1000 sq ft apartments in Manhattan is so expensive.

Rosemary- You aint lying woman. I agree with you 100% on that one.

I'm not surprised about Fisher Island, the exclusive community only accessible by Ferry or airplane.  Nice to know we're in the top here in South Florida (now would you sell our Fisher Island listing, pretty please?)  : )

Hey, fun post!  And a little clarification on my old New York zip code, 10021.  Lenox Hill, like the entire zip code, is very pricey.  Some of the coop prices appear to be a little low, but it's because they are assuming a gigantic underlying mortgage that's inlcuded in the through tre roof fees, and while I don't totally undertand it, the structure of the deal makes the price look lower.

Lanre:  Fun information, but WHO WANTS TO BE in these zip codes.  The taxes'll KILL ya!

Cheers from the cheap seats, just outside DC...

Bob- Thanks. I did it myself. I am definitely going to check that again.

Patricia - I always knew you were filthy rich. Only rich people live in 10021 -LOL. Thanks.

Jaynee- You aint lying. Some people can't even pay the taxes now in less affluent neighborhoods. Thanks.
