Sometime in June, there is going to be a Prince George's County MD Home buying seminar. Our company EXIT Advance Realty has a booth and I am one of the real estate agents who has a slot at the seminar. But my problem is that I have never done one of these home buying seminar before and I don't know what I should pass out. So I really need your help. What should I pass out to potential home buyers when they visit our booth?
I want to pass out something that we make me stand out and make them remember me so when they do decide to make that decision of buying a house, they will remember me for what they received from me. Should I pass out a bag with items in it such as a pen with my name and business contact information, magnetic business cards, notebooks with my name and business contact, jumbo color postcards, information on "Why they should buy now?". I am not sure what I am going to do.
And if you know any companies or anyone company here on Active Rain that can help me with this I would really, really appreciate it. This Prince George's County MD Home buying Seminar is going to be June but I definitely need to be ready before then. June will be here before you know it. Thank you all in advance.

I recommend talking with Sally Finch of Clear Point Promo. She's awesome at helping you select the appropriate marketing piece to distribute to your audience (she's a 20+ year veteran of marketing). 434-525-7474, clearpointpromo@peoplepc.com, www.clearpointpromo.com. I hope your seminar is a big success!
I also agree with what Melanie said Lanre, find the personal promotional marketing companies and design something unique about you and your company. The large real estate companies have their own catalogs.
Lanre, Sounds like Melanie gave excellent advice right out of the box, first comment on this post. I would be interested in what you come up with so please write a post about what you decided to do.
Theresa Bader at Bader Marketing puts together really great marketing books. She sells ad space to service providers (people you refer or know or do business to) and that pays for the printing and cost of the book. They are packed with information about you, your business, how to buy or sell a home, local businesses and information. They are very useful and something that someone would keep for a while rather than throw out. I get 500 at a time. They are great.
June Piper-Brandon, CIAS, ePro, Assoc. Broker (Advance Realty Professionals)-June if you can give me a name and number I would really appreciate it. Or a website? Thank you sooo much. I really appreciate this.
Sounds like you got some good information. I especially like June's suggestion. Good luck with the fair.
Hi. Collateral that will remain the most visible over a reasonable period of time may be your best ROI. Items such as a flash drives and magnetic to-do-list (in the shape of a house or keys). Your prospective clients will see it each time they open and close their refrig. Brochures and other paper collateral will get tossed.
