Twitter Today-June 4th 2011. On Twitter today I got a surprise tweet from a big company. Who you ask? More on that in a minute. It started when I read a tweet on Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent Tamara Inzunza Twitter Profile page. She tweeted.
"Just got a #bankofamerica #shortsale approved at #2011momentum."
I responded by saying "@MovingToNova Congratulations Tamara. I have been playing see saw with BofA on one of my short sales for 13 months now. Frustrating-)
To my surprise guess who send me a tweet. Yeep. Bank of America.
@DChomesforsale I work for Bank of America. Is there anything I can do to help? ^cd
Heck yeah. I responded by saying "@BofA_Help Hello. Yes there is. However I am the selling agent on this transaction not the listing agent. Can you still help?
@BofA Help responded "@DChomesforsale Please have the listing agent contact us with any issues. ^cd.
I responded by saying can I get a name and number. Hopefully they can help the listing agent and help us close this deal. So if you are a Real Estate Agent out there having troubles with your Bank of America short sales transactions,then you might want to pose your question to somebody at @BofA_Help
