Gary -I completely understand. Actually,this was my first ever free agent conference call.
Lewis - The conference was about twelve good reasons to buy a home now before the end of this year. One good reason of course was for Tax. Alex Sziengh also said that two good reasons why the market will get better next year are Presidential Election and the Olympics. I can't find my notes - Sorry.
