I make something like this now and then except I incorporate other fruits.  This is a quick and easy dessert.

Rosemary -You're funny. No. It is not liquor. It better not be. I thought I had the wrong spelling too. It is actually liqueur. I am thinking of serving this at a open house next year.

Jennifer - It is very quick and easy. One of the reasons why I put this one up there.

Trevor - Anytime.

Lanre-  I had always used equal parts of white and brown sugar. A great variation is to also add strawberries and blue berries. I call it strawbanna Blue.

Mark -I am going to try that. This is something that I am going to be doing at open houses next year. Thanks for that Mark.

Mark - this is one of our traditional Christmas dinner desserts.   MY husband always flames it at the table with lots of "flare" (hey, that is quite the pun).

Great easy dessert and elegant too!!!

Hi Lanre,

What a great idea for open houses! Even if the house is ordinary buyers will remember the fire and the tasty treat. Let us know when the open house is and how it goes.

This is one of my all time favorite desserts!  I don't trust myself with flames though...  :)

Dean -You're silly. I am sorry for making people hungry. That was definitely not my intention. Thanks for commenting.

Ray - I will definitely let you know. Thanks for commenting.

Shaundra -I understand. Thanks for commenting.
