Wonderful post . . . it's always nice to get some variations to the theme.  That ham looks delicious and those pineapples, what a refreshing desert or even appetizer.  I remember going to a friend's house 3 years in a row for Thanksgiving. The same meal each and every time -- B-O-R-I-N-G.  No variation.  I love to cook so this is a wonderful link.  My Christmas mornings are home made cinnamon sticky buns.
