Great post, because while buyers may worry about the market as a whole, they forget to factor in the cost of renting. The money spent on renting, plus the missed tax deductions, has to be factored in when considering the renting vs. owning options.

when you put it that way, i hope  it will inspire some renters to take a hard look and come to the conclusion that  it is  a good time to buy. low interest rate and lots of inventory.

Good post. I believe if a person can qualifiy for a mortgage and has the means and ability to purchase a home, then they should buy a home. There are many advantages to home ownership.

Frank - If renters add up the money that they have been giving away for rent for the past 10 years or so,some of them would would've owned their house by now since housing was very inexpensive back then.

Donald- I agree. Some people just don't get it.

Russ -Thanks. I am thinking of putting this on newsletters that I plan on making soon.

Jennifer - I just don't know what I have to do to get my prospects to buy a home.

Derrick - Yes sir. There are definitely many advantages to buying a home ownership.
