When I first heard about this story,I couldn't believe it. But this is absolutely true. So I thought I share this story with everyone else here. An 70 year old woman Omkari Panwar in India became the world's oldest mom after giving birth to twins. The frail pensioner has two daughters and five grandchildrens. Her husband Charan Singh Panwar 77 mortgaged his land,sold his buffalos,spent his life savings and took out an loan for this treatment.
But why would a 70 year old woman and a 77 man want another child? The man said that he wanted a son. They prayed to God and God granted them their wish. The man said that he can die a happy man and proud father. The twins were born premature and weighing two pounds each are said to be healthly and expected to survive. Omkari Panwar does not have a birth certificate so he doesn't really know her day of birth. So she uses the India Independence day of 1947 to guess her age. She doesn't care that she is the oldest mother to give birth. All she is concerned about is being able to take care of her kids.
This is an amazing story. Just when you thought you have heard or seen it all.

Michael- A 70 woman who gives birth to me can probably sell real estate. Its funny because Bill Cherry made a comment on someone blog today about handwritten notes and he talked about a lady who is like 96 years old and her company make billions of dollars each year selling real estate. Great post.
