Days on Market and Units Sold... Very telling! Nice report, Lanre.
Lanre - This should be helpful to consumers when making a decision to buy or sell.
Days on market increasing aren't very good. I am most surprised that sales have fallen as much as that. 60% ? Wow! I would have assumed that with he gas crunch, people would be buying homes in-town!! These statistics show me I was wrong.
